At HEI Pottery Studio, we strive to provide meaningful, creative, and well-organized experiences. As our services involve advance preparation, limited seats, and handcrafted instruction, the following refund policy applies to all class and workshop bookings.
Class Cancellations by the Participant

More than 48 hours in advance: You may request a full refund or reschedule your session once (subject to availability).

Less than 48 hours’ notice: Payments are non-refundable due to preparation and limited capacity.

No-show without prior notice: No refunds or credits will be issued.
Class Cancellations by HEI Pottery Studio
If we must cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor illness, low enrollment, or emergencies, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule.
Special Workshops & Limited-Time Events
For seasonal workshops, parent-child experiences, or "Cuteness Series" events:

Refunds are not available within 7 days of the workshop date.

You may transfer your seat to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
Gift Cards & Credits
All gift cards and class credits are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. They are transferable and may be used by others with prior notice.
