Refund Policy

At HEI Pottery Studio, we strive to provide meaningful, creative, and well-organized experiences. As our services involve advance preparation, limited seats, and handcrafted instruction, the following refund policy applies to all class and workshop bookings.

Class Cancellations by the Participant

  • More than 48 hours in advance: You may request a full refund or reschedule your session once (subject to availability).

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: Payments are non-refundable due to preparation and limited capacity.

  • No-show without prior notice: No refunds or credits will be issued.

Class Cancellations by HEI Pottery Studio

If we must cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor illness, low enrollment, or emergencies, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule.

Special Workshops & Limited-Time Events

For seasonal workshops, parent-child experiences, or "Cuteness Series" events:

  • Refunds are not available within 7 days of the workshop date.

  • You may transfer your seat to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

Gift Cards & Credits

All gift cards and class credits are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. They are transferable and may be used by others with prior notice.
