This beginner-level course is the perfect place to start! Over four relaxed and hands-on sessions, you’ll learn how to throw your very first cups and bowls on the pottery wheel. You’ll be guided step by step—from centering the clay to shaping simple forms and finishing them with beautiful glazes. Along the way, you’ll explore the full process: throwing, trimming, and decorating. Expect plenty of support, encouragement, and the joy of creating with your hands. By the end of the course, you’ll have 2–4 finished ceramic pieces that are both personal and functional. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to get a little messy!
