Use of This Website

By accessing or booking through this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. HEI Pottery Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Class Registration & Payment

  • All classes must be booked in advance through our Wix Booking system.

  • Payment is required to secure your spot and can be made online via Stripe or PayPal.

  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before class will receive a full refund or reschedule option.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • HEI Pottery Studio reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment or emergencies. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Rescheduling Policy

​Participants may request to reschedule once per booking, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance and subject to availability.

Children’s Classes

​Children under the age of 13 must be enrolled by a parent or guardian. Parents may be required to remain on-site during specific classes unless otherwise stated.

Studio Rules

To ensure a safe and creative environment:

  • Please follow all instructor guidance.

  • Be respectful to others in the studio.

  • Long nails, loose clothing, and jewelry are not recommended.

  • HEI Pottery Studio is not responsible for injuries due to participant negligence.

Intellectual Property

All content taught in class — including techniques, demonstrations, and studio materials — are the intellectual property of HEI Pottery Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or teach the material without written permission.

Changes to Offerings

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue classes at any time. In such cases, we will provide advance notice and offer alternative arrangements where possible.
